Your Media Kit
Get your media kit to brands that already sponsor newsletters
If you run a newsletter, Book a Sponsor finds brands that sponsored similar newsletters, sends the pitches from its own mailboxes, and introduces you when a brand replies.

Use the numbers your platform shows you, from the last 90 days. A brand can check most of them, so round down rather than up.
- Audience size: subscribers, followers or average downloads per episode, whichever the sponsor's ad reaches.
- Engagement and average views: open rate for a newsletter, average views per video, downloads per episode in the first 30 days for a podcast.
- Demographics: the age and country split from your platform's analytics. Leave a field empty if you don't have the data; the kit marks it "Not specified" instead of guessing.
- Rates: one price for a standard placement and one for dedicated content. If you have never quoted a price, the sponsorship rate calculator gives a starting point, and the package builder turns it into tiers.
What newsletters put on their rate card
For newsletters, Book a Sponsor read the advertise pages of 321 newsletters that print both a main-slot price and a list size on 29 September 2026. The median main slot lists at $150 under 5,000 subscribers, $310 at 5,000 to 19,999 and $520 at 20,000 to 49,999. Small lists sell ads too: 10% of newsletters under 5,000 subscribers that published 5 or more issues ran a paid sponsor ad in the 90 days to 30 September 2026. The full table is on Book a Sponsor's newsletter rates page.
From text kit to a designed PDF
The builder gives you the words and numbers. To make it look finished, paste each section into a media kit template (Canva has free ones), add a photo or logo and two or three screenshots of your best content, then export a PDF. The media kit guide walks through all seven sections with examples for a podcast, a streamer and a newsletter.
Media kit builder questions
Is this media kit builder free?
Yes. It runs in your browser with no sign-up, and nothing you type is sent anywhere. It makes a plain-text kit you can paste into an email, a Google Doc or a Canva template.
What should a media kit include?
Seven sections: who you are, your audience, your reach and engagement, content samples, packages and rates, past partners, and contact details. The builder covers the ones a brand reads first: audience, reach, rates and past partners.
What rates should I put in my media kit?
Start from what creators your size list. For newsletters, the median main sponsor slot lists at $150 under 5,000 subscribers, $310 at 5,000 to 19,999 and $520 at 20,000 to 49,999 (321 newsletters' advertise pages, read 29 September 2026).
Should I send my media kit as a PDF?
Yes, for the first pitch: a one or two page PDF opens anywhere. Keep a web version too, so a brand can forward one link inside their team.
