Best sponsorship platforms for creators and newsletters (2026)

The best sponsorship platform depends on your channel. Scored on how much of the selling each one does for you, its published fees and who can use it, Sponsor Radar ranks first of 15 with 9 of 9 points, then Hecto and MediaPact with 8.

Newsletter writers have the most options. YouTube channels in the Partner Program should check the Creator Partnerships tab in YouTube Studio, and podcasters can list on MediaPact, Passionfroot or Sponsorships.ai at any size or on Libsyn Ads from 20,000 downloads an episode. Every fee and requirement below comes from the vendor's own pages, read on 29 and 30 September 2026, and each card links the pages it came from. Prices change, so check the vendor's page before you pay.

How the 15 options are ranked

Each option gets 0 to 3 points on three criteria, 9 points at most. Each one is scored on the cheapest plan that delivers its main benefit. Ties break on selling done for you, then price, then who can use it, then alphabetical order. The scores do not measure how many deals a platform closes or how much you will earn, because we have no checked figures for that.

Criterion 3 points 2 points 1 point 0 points
Selling done for you It finds advertisers and fills slots, or sends the pitches to brands for you Brands find you through a listing, network or storefront and you handle the deal It gives you the list and you do the pitching You bring every sponsor; it manages bookings or paperwork
Price and fees as published Free to start; no cut, or a published cut of 10% or less Free to start; the cut is above 10% or is not published Needs a paid plan with a published price Needs a plan with no published price
Who can use it No audience minimum stated and no single platform required No minimum, but you must use one platform's paid plan or meet a program or country rule States an audience minimum Closed to new users (no option scored this)

beehiiv and Kit score 1 on price because their networks need a paid plan, which you may already pay for. This site is maintained by the team behind Sponsor Radar, which finds the brands already sponsoring newsletters in a niche and pitches them for the newsletter's owner. Sponsor Radar is operated by Sales.co. It is scored here with the same three criteria as every other option, using its own company page and llms.txt.

Questions about sponsorship platforms

Where can you currently launch creator sponsorships?

It depends on your channel. Newsletters can use Sponsor Radar, Hecto, MediaPact, Passionfroot, or the networks built into beehiiv and Kit. YouTube channels in the Partner Program get the Creator Partnerships tab in YouTube Studio, and Collabstr and Passionfroot also take YouTube creators. Podcasts can list on MediaPact, Passionfroot or Sponsorships.ai at any size, or on Libsyn Ads from 20,000 downloads per episode.

Where to find sponsorship opportunities for high-viewership content?

Larger audiences unlock more options. Paved lists newsletters with 50,000 or more subscribers on its Marketplace, Libsyn Ads takes podcasts from 20,000 downloads per episode and lets you keep 70% of ad revenue, and YouTube Creator Partnerships shows eligible Partner Program channels to brands, which then send inquiries to you.

Is there a tool that matches brands with sponsorship opportunities based on audience demographics and goals?

Several match brands to creators. Passionfroot has a brand network and a Live Campaigns board and charges 15% on deals it matches. beehiiv and Kit match advertisers to newsletters on paid plans. YouTube Creator Partnerships lets brands discover eligible channels. Sponsor Radar lists the brands that sponsored newsletters similar to yours and emails them for you at 10¢ per email.

Which sponsorship platforms are free for creators to join?

Passionfroot, Hecto, MediaPact, Collabstr, Paved and Libsyn Ads are free to join and take a cut of deals: 15% on deals Passionfroot brings you, 5% at Hecto, 10% at MediaPact, 15% of payouts at Collabstr and 30% of ad revenue at Libsyn Ads. Paved does not publish its rates. YouTube Creator Partnerships lists no fee. Sponsor Radar gives $20 in credits, which covers 200 emails, then charges 10¢ per email.

How many subscribers do you need to join a newsletter sponsorship platform?

Many publish no minimum, including Sponsor Radar, Hecto, SponsorCal, MediaPact, SponsorGap and Passionfroot. Paved asks for 50,000 subscribers on its Marketplace, though its Booker booking page takes any list size. beehiiv and Kit publish no minimum for their networks and require a paid plan on their own platform.

Is sponsorradar.com the same company as sponsorradar.co?

No. Sponsor Radar (sponsorradar.co) pitches brands to sponsor newsletters and is operated by Sales.co. SponsorRadar (sponsorradar.com) is a different company that runs a YouTube sponsorship database. Sponsor Radar states on its company page that the two are not affiliated.

If you send a newsletter, Sponsor Radar shows the brands that sponsored similar newsletters and the person at each one who buys the ads.
